Boca Club is an existing affordable housing complex that is looking to create outdoor community gathering areas for its residents. Coyle & Caron designed a large community gathering area for all its residents to use as well as a small scale courtyard between apartment buildings. The large scale gathering space includes an outdoor kitchen, shelters with picnic tables, games tables, a fruit tree grove, bag toss, children’s play area, and an open grass area. The courtyard includes lush planting, outdoor seating, community garden beds, a small turf area, and barbeques.
